CONSULTING SOLUTIONS

How we started? After working as an agency provider for many years and making the decision to reduce the hours I was working. I was inspired to begin CSL because I recognized that new providers were needing assistance in a variety of areas. As I announced my plan, I began to receive calls asking for various types of assistance. Because of my experience and commitment to providing quality services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, I want to make a difference by supporting new providers and established providers to be successful. I believe my experience will be useful to established providers in review of best practice, processes and onboarding of staff.

Director

Jackie Angne, B.S. 

As Director of Consulting Solutions, LLC., I have over 17 years experience in managing developmental disabilities agencies providing services through Home and Community Based Waivers funded through Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. I have worked in the the health care field in a variety of roles my entire career. Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is my passion. I have provided services in multiple counties over the years.

I have experience with Ohio Department of Disabilities Provider Compliance Reviews, SSA Reviews, Financial Reviews, Medication Administration Reviews and writing plan of corrections.

I have successfully worked with SSAs and families to resolve issues with quality care, expectations, medical concerns, medication administration, etc. ensuring the health and safety of the individuals and enhancing the quality of life.

Rules and Regulations

I continuously stay up-to-date on compliance rules and regulations. I attend trainings offered by ODDD to provide support on changes and review current rules to assist providers to remaining compliant. Best practices are recommended to avoid citations.

OUR STAFF

Registered Nurse for over 15 years. She will be able to assist with questions on medications, medication administration records, side effects, and other questions.

Day Program Manager with over 15 years of management experience. He has experience with large day programs and worked for county operated day programs.

CPR/FA Instructor (class size of 4 or more students required).
